About the Speaker

Susan Thompson, CBAP, PMP, CSQA, CSTE, has worked in a variety of IT roles, including business analysis, testing, and project management. For the past 15 years, she has worked as a consultant for Solugenix Corporation (www.solugenix.com) on projects that include data warehouses, business intelligence, e-business, and package implementation. She is the current president of the Orange County Chapter of IIBA (www.oc-ca.theiiba.org) and has a passion for getting the requirements right and for ensuring that they are implemented correctly.
